Backtagging: Yes please! I can be slow when work is busy so I will backtag as long as we're both having fun.
Threadhopping: Ask first! As long as all players involved are cool with it, I'm cool with it.
Fourthwalling: Depends on the context so just ask me first.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'm not offended easily as long as it's clear that the behavior is IC for the character, but flippant discussion and glorifying of alcoholism, drug abuse, prejudice and/or discrimination or other personal topics like that are not something I'm comfortable with playing out without first talking it out. If it crosses a line, I'll let you know and I hope you will do the same.

Kissing this character: Sure.
Flirting with this character: Definitely! For the ladies he'll try to play it smooth (but he's not). For the fellas, he'll play it by ear as his flirting in that area is a lot more aggressive (of the they probably traded punches once variety) and loosely defined.
Fighting with this character: Yes! I'd prefer we talk it out if we can, so we're on the same page as to what to expect.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Minor injuries are cool, but heavy stuff needs talking out first, since he's particularly skilled but reckless with his own physical well-being.
Killing this character: Definitely discuss it with me first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Let's talk it out first since he might notice the probing, although not too concretely.
